- The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Indian Head, MD intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to North Atlantic Industries for a Precision Phase Meter. The Precision Phase Meter is an instrument that utilizes digital techniques to achieve exceptionally high accuracy, even with input signals that are not clean sinusoids. It has the ability to take accurate phase readings on ?dirty? signals, such as DAC output or sonar echo. This particular instrument will be used in Navy Calibration Laboratories to perform precision measurements. Currently, North Atlantic Industries is the only company that manufactures this instrument. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 334515. The FSC code is 6625.
