- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of Boiler Inspection Coveralls (for Sand Blasting Operations) Please Quote To specifications listed (NO exceptions) ? Boiler Inspections Coveralls manufactured from 100% Cotton Blue Denim, Heavy Sanforized, and Full Length Velcro Flap Cover Over Full Length Zipper. Pocket on Left side at Chest level, and two pockets on back below belt level. Coveralls to have Hood with Draw String of Denim cloth stitched full length of drawstring, with knot at each end of string. Have Elastic Wrist and Ankles and Reinforcement Patches at Knees and Elbows. All Seams to be Double Stitched. Sizes and Quantities as listed ?Item 01 - Size 44 (QTY 100 PR), Item 02 - Size 46 (Qty 300 PR). Item 03 - Size 48 (Qty 300 PR), Item 04 - Size 48 (Qty 300 PR). Item 05 ? Size 52 (Qty 300 PR). Item 06 ? Size 54 (Qty 200 PR). Item 07 ? Size 56 (Qty 200 PR). Item 08 ? Size 58 (Qty 200 PR). Item 09 ? Size 60 (Qty 50 PR). Item 10 ? Size 64 (Qty 50 PR). This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. This announcement is issued as request for quotation N00189-06-Q-PG48. The standard NAICS classification is 315211. This quotation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26. Pricing SHALL be FOB Destination (Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME.). The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are requested to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 and 252-212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with quotations. The following clauses/provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, 52.212-5), and DFARS 252.212-7001. (Note: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) text is available at http://www.arnet.gov/far.) Quotations shall include the vendor?s Cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number).
