Description

NGA has a requirement for the design and build of 14 each carriages that will be installed into a storage SpaceSaver System Module. These carriages will be designed, engineered and constructed to fit onto steel track that has already been installed. These 14 carriages need to work with the 4 SpaceSaver carriage units already on site at Gila Bend, AZ. Place of Performance - Gila Bend AZ 85337. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA, OSHA requirements. NGA plans to issue a purchase order with a Firm Fixed Price under FAR Parts 12 and 13. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Concert Business group, LLC. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This service will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain commercial items. All sources interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation may submit their requests via fax 314-263-8024. No telephone requests accepted. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for an award.
