Description

A site visit for RFQ 801816Q209 (Janitorial Services) has been scheduled for interested vendors to attend on 7/6/2006 between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm PDT. The site visit will take place at the Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge Complex, Environmental Education Center (EEC) offices and visitor center, 1751 Grand Blvd, Alviso, CA 95002. The Offer Due Date / Local Time, has been extended FROM: 06/30/2006, 4:30 pm (PDT) TO: 07/21/2006 4:30 pm (PDT). Additional clarifications: EEC offices and visitor center cleaning area square footage: Vinyl = Approximately 1,050 sq ft, two class rooms, observation room and kitchen area. Tile = Approximately 190 sq ft, two bath rooms Carpet = Approximately 2,040 sq ft, two offices (Auditorium on main floor and Multi-Purpose room up stairs). Wood = Approximately 600 sq ft Wooden stairs to 3rd floor, 4 ft wide x 3 floors Note: 2 USFWS full-time employees, 3 Interns and 10 scheduled volunteers work at the facility. The average number of visitors per month is 1,500 to 2,500. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-JUN-2006).
