Approved sources: Hamilton Sundstrand Corp (55820) P/N 169363-2; Solar Turbines Inc (66195) P/N 952704C1; The Lee Co (92555) P/N VDLX0501050A. The requirement may result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. Alternate offers may be evaluated, and would require engineering source approval by the design control activity. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
