Description

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered for this Request For Proposal. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available . This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved source is Honeywell (97896) and Sensor Systems (13691). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described section M of the solicitation. NSN 5985-01-413-0924 Item Description: Antenna. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: Honeywell (97896) PN 071-50001-8105 and Sensor Systems (13691) PN S72-1735-5. Delivery Requirement is 120 days. Unit of Issue: Each. The FOB point is destination and the Inspection and Acceptance points are destination. This solicitation will cover quantities ranging from 40 each to 94 each. The solicitation will open on July 10, 2006 and close August 10, 2006. See Numbered notes 12 and 26
