Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to purchase radio accessories from Motorola that are proprietary in nature for the proper functioning of the Motorola radios that are purchased by the U.S. Marshals Service. The accessories being purchased meet the specifications required for the production and integration of the communications equipment and have complete compatibility with existing USMS equipment. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
