- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quotation, numbered F3H3G36152A100. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238150 and the small business size standard is $12,000,000.00. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The government intends to issue an order to: Remove existing door frame and install 2 new glass doors and frame in B 41. Approximate size Height 7? 2? x Width 6? 11-1/16?. A SITE VISIT IS REQUIRED, AND WILL BE CONDUCTED on 11 July 2006, at 10 AM, at Bldg. 41 Offutt AFB, NE 68113. I will need to know in advance, how many people from each company will be attending the site visit. (d) In addition to the requirements of this clause, the Contractor shall meet the requirements of the appropriate payment clauses in this contract when submitting payment requests.
