Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. This requisition #F2S1606139A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business; NAICS: 335999. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1600hrs CST on 5 Jul 06. Quotes can be faxed, or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. CLIN 0000 ? sixteen channel pc based digital video recorder with 480 frames per second recording total. 350x240 minimum resolution, alarm input/output, motion detection, 1 terabyte of storage, DVD/CD disc burner, TCP/IP connections. Site visit will be held at Little Rock AFB AR on 28 Jun 06 @ 10:00 am. Site visit will show building of camera installation and walkthrough of camera locations/control room. Site visit is highly encouraged but not required for quote submission. All cameras must have a minimum of 480 horizontal lines of resolution. Any outdoor cameras must be at or have a lower lighting rating than that specified above. Day/night cameras must have a mechanical IR cut filter. STATEMENT OF WORK BLDG 764, LITTLE ROCK AFB, AR SURVEILLANCE CAMERA INSTALLATION CONTRACT Contractor is requested to install indoor/outdoor cameras in the interior and exterior of a three-story 200 ft long by 40 ft wide building. Requirements include installation of associated monitoring/DVD recording equipment, wireless capability, locking storage racks. Indoor cameras will be installed in various locations on the first, second, and third floors to include the central interior stairwell. Mounting surfaces will vary depending on location of camera at a height of approximately seven feet from each floor level. Majority of cameras will be mounted in drywall ceiling. Other mounting surfaces include drop ceiling tiles, concrete, and steel beams. Ample conduit is available between floors and between rooms on each floor to accommodate routing of wires from central control room to all cameras. Central control room is at approximately center of building on the first floor. In addition to monitoring equipment in central control room, a cable drop is needed in an office in the front; first floor of the building to enable equipment for monitoring of all cameras to be installed at a later date. Two outdoor cameras are to be installed behind the building mounted on a separate aluminum sided utility building with cameras view covering the length of Bldg. 764. Other outdoor cameras must be hard-wired to the control room may possibly require routing by means of buried cable to external mounting location approximately 25 feet from building.
