Description: This is a synopsis for a firm-fixed-price procurement of vehicle electronic counter-measures, spare parts, and installation. The Government may make one or multiple awards from this solicitation so each contract-line-item-number must stand-alone when pricing. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(4)(i), award shall be made on the basis of Best Value , which in the Government?s estimation provides the greatest overall benefit to the user.
