Description: This Modification is issued to revise the SOW, paragraph C.9: C.9 - Contractor employees are authorized to proceed to theater with a NAC and a security clearance in process. If the FSR is required to have a Secret Clearance, the FSR should be able t o obtain and interim clearance within a couple of days (to grant them access to classified information) and a full clearance within 7 months to perform field service effort in the Southwest Asia (SWA) theater of operations. Any expenses associated with any such Government-directed requirement will be reimbursed by the Government. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
