Sources Sought Notice for a Design-Build, Multi-unit, Armed Forces Reserve Center on Fort Chaffee, Arkansas for the Arkansas Army National Guard and Army Reserve. The solicitation for the Design-Build project is scheduled to be issued 1 August 2006 with a 2006 fiscal year award. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking industrial capability and input from interested parties prior to issuing a solicitation. This program is not restricted and is open to both large and small business particip ation under NAICS codes 236220. It is intended to reach as many interested parties as possible.
