THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. 2) Purchase Request FE52406173A1 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR Circular 2005-09 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. 4) The solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 444210; Size Standard: 500. 5) DESCRIPTION: WOODS 20? BATWING ROTARY CUTTER or equal P/N: 3240X5 or equal. 20? cutting width, 1-15? cutting height range, 250 center/175 wing gearbox horsepower, 540 PTO/16,066 blade tip speed, 6 blades ? x 4?, constant velocity input drive/category 5 heavy, 15? laminated tires, single row front and rear chain shields 6) Specifications are listed in item 5. 7) DELIVERY: FOB ANDERSEN AFB, GUAM, requested delivery 31 AUG 2006. 8)FAR 52.212-1-Instruction to Offerors, applies to this solicitation. 9) This solicitation incorporates 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items. Award will be base upon lowest price/technically acceptable offer.
