This effort is for contractor operated depot level repair, rebuild and upgrade of HAWK Missile System electron tubes. The national stock numbers (NSNs) to be repaired/rebuild/upgraded: 5960-01-0 45-3533; 5960-01-045-3534; 5960-01-045-3458; 5960-01-045-3535; 5960-01-468-4401; 5960-01-468-4404; 5960-01-468-4405; 5906-01-468-4406; 5960-01-468-4407; 5960-01-310-3863; 5960-01-167-0763; 5960-00-913-3348; 5960-01-082-7821. The effort will have a base ye ar, FY06, and two option years (FY07 and FY08. The quantities for the base year and options will be varied. The RFP will be issued to Communications and Power Industries, Inc., Microwave Power Products Division, 811 Hansen Way, Palo Alto, CA 94303-0750. This requirement is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Suggest that Small Business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the above listed firm. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirement, is not available. All possible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
