- Description
- This notice is to inform industry partners of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency's (DSCA) intent to award a 2-month sole source contract on a non-competitive basis to Charles E. Collier, 5784 Bush Hill Drive, Alexandria, VA 22310. This contract will provide technical, administrative and analytical assistance to the Director, NESA or his designated representatives in designing, organizing implementing and supporting various activities. This notice also serves to inform industry of the agency's intent to issue a solicitation as full and open to recompete for these support services on or before 15 July 2006. The anticipated contract will be Cost Plus Fixed Fee, CPFF, with a base year and Four (4) one-year option periods. This procurement will be conducted on a full and open basis. The applicable NAICS Code is 541611. The Government intends to make a single award using the Best Value approach. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 15 July 2006, on the following website: http://www.dsca.mil, click on solicitations and locate the solicitation for NESA. The information contained in this notification is based on the best and most current information available to date, is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Any significant changes will be provided in a subsequent synopsis if required. Any proposals received in regards to this special notice will be considered.
