- Architect of the Capitol (AOC) Reference Number GA060171 (is changed to read AOC Request for Proposals Number 060123) for O&M Services to be performed at the U. S. Capitol Police Facilities located in the Washington, DC area is hereby scheduled to be issued on June 29, 2006. The solicitation document will be amended at a later date to include the Equipment List and a date/time for an agency site visit. Interested offerors are cautioned to check the FEDBIZOPS website on a daily basis for information regarding this RFP and for reviewing the AOC Website for all pertinent copies of the solicitation document and/or any amendments to be issued against the RFP. The solicitation is expected to close on or about 31 July 2006 AT 3:00 PM (LOCAL). Contract Performance will commence on 1 October 2006. Copies of all documents relative to this requirement may be obtained by visiting the AOC website at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm and downloading the documents as any/all request(s) for hard copies of the documents WILL NOT be made available. !
