- SPM4A7-06-R-0568. This is a solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price Contract for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 4920-01-462-4675, Hot Bonder - Control IAW Heatcon Composite Systems, Cage 0ED96, P/N HCS9200-FL. The quantity for this solicitation is 24 each. This item is not on the service?s Critical Safety Item list as of 6/27/2006. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Required delivery is 98 days ARO, FOB Destination. Destination Inspection is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Anticipated issue date is July 12, 2006.
