Description

Project consist of but is not limited to the contractor providing all material, labor, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to repair/maintain a single story 12,500 SF building. This work includes the main dining room, meeting room, lobby, and lounge area. It also includes replacing floor finishes, exhaust hoods in the kitchen, correcting exterior wall, upgrading landscaping, replace interior wall finishes due to presence of mold, replace roof, new HVAC system, toilet, electrical, window, and entrance upgrades. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project is unrestricted. This solicitation will be posted on or about 14 July 2006 and vendors are responsible for monitoring this site for the solicitation and any changes.
