Description

The U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center intends to negotiate and award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Sight, Night Vision, Sniperscope, AN/PVS-10 and components to Northrop Grumm an Systems Corporation, Litton Electro-Optical Systems, 3414 Herrmann Drive, Garland, TX 75041. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Litton Electro-Optical Systems owns the rights to the technical data package since the Government did not purchase a tech nical data package as part of the original production contract because the approved acquisition strategy included Contractor Logistical Support (CLS) for the life of the program. Contract period will be 60 months. Fed Biz Opps Note 22 applies to this acqui sition.
