- This synopsis is for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation to be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for 1 Each Hazmat Command Center Trailer. This trailer will be an enclosed car hauler and the dimensions are 107 X 39 X 76 e base. T he exterior color will be red. Trailer will be fully equiped with surveillance cameras, microwave, 4.2 cubit ft. refrigerator, DVD/VCR combo, carbon monoxide detector, 25 inch television, phone jacks, pump water, water tank, adjustable chair on wheels, ca binets, AC, camera tower, warning lights, air compressor, and more. Along with the trailer a 5th wheel mounting bracket with utility box body is to be supplied. Shipping will be FOB Destination to Rock Island Arsenal, AMSTA-RI-FPF, ATTN: Richard Reed, Bu ilding 225, 1 Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL 61299. Additional specifications and drawings are available and will be released when the solicitation is issued. The estimated solicitation issue date is 12 July 2006. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
