- This is an unrestricted procurement. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing one (1) riser pipe grade control structure and three (3) slope pipe structures in Holmes County, Mississippi. Principle features of the work include clearing and grubbing, excavation, fill, control of water, engineering fabric, stone protection, corrugated metal pipe, reforestation, erosion control, lime treatment, welding, concrete work, storm water pollution prevention a nd environmental protection. The value of the proposed work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Technical Data Solution (FEDTEDS) Web Page at https://www.fedteds.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendors List (IVL) at http://www.2fbo.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check FEDTEDS often for changes (AMENDMENTS). Issue date on or about July 20, 2006. Bid opening date on or about August 22, 2006.
