Description: Provide all labor, material, and equipment to install two 24 ft. X 24 ft. Lincoln Log garages on concrete slabs. The work is located at Red Rock Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, Montana. The performance period is fifty (50 ) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The RFP will be issued on or about July 11, 2006 with a closing date of on or about August 10, 2006. The RFP will be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Please note that drawings and specifications will also be posted with the solicitation as .pdf files and will be available for download from the GPE. See Note 27.
