Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole-source contract to Computer Products, Inc. (CPI), located in Fairfax, VA under N00039-06-R-0097 pursuant to the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, as implemented by FAR 6.302- 1(a)(1) to purchase two subscriptions, Part Numbers: CP 2011-100-ASC and CP 2011-100-ASO, that will allow access to a web based workflow application systems developed by CPI. The applications are proprietary and are designed to validate outstanding obligations and identify excess funding for SPAWAR- generated funding documents and contracts direct citing a SPAWAR line of accounting. These products were developed and maintained by Computer Products, Inc. It is hosted on a CPI computer and access is available via the Internet using a windows-based browser. The period of performance for this procurement is from 1 September 2006 to 31 August 2007, with two option years to follow. The period of performance of each option is 1 September 2007 to 31 August 2008 and 1 September 2008 to 31 August 2009, respectively. This request is considered to be sole source to Computer Products, Inc and no solicitation will result from this announcement. See Note 22.
