Description

The Government intends to solicit and award an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery, fixed unit price contract for a one year base period with four (4) 1-year options, not to exceed a total contract life of 5 years. Request for Proposal (RFP) number GSA-TFL06--RH-1040 will be issued on a full and open competition basis for a management information system solution that will support a government-wide, end-to-end solution for capturing data and provide reports regarding government travel while ensuring privacy act and security requirements are met. The scope of this effort includes the consolidation of data, management information reporting, and a business intelligence solution to support GSA?s E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) Program and Department of Defense?s S (DOD) Defense Travel System (DTS). The government reserves the right to make multiple awards so the vendors can participate in a trial test period during the base year to demonstrate their capability and service level. After the trial, the government may select a single provider of service. The RFP will be issued on or about June 20, 2006. The date for submission of proposals will be 30 days from the date the RFP is issued/posted. It is the responsibility of the offerors to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading a copy of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are requested to submit any questions regarding the solicitation by July 3, 2006, 2:00 p.m. EST., by email to reva.hutchinson@gsa.gov.
