Description

This is a combined synopsis/sollicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this solicitation is DHQCSD06MPA0227. This will be a sole source award to R.B. Davis & Company, Orem, UT. JWOD has granted an exemption for one year, 10 Jul 06 ? 09 Jul 07. Janitorial services will be provided for 12 months, firm fixed price, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Request copy of the Statement of Work and the Wage Determination No. 94-2532 REV (23) from Jenalle Hilmes, 618-229-9585. The following clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commerical, FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification ? Commercial Items must be included with your offer; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items.
