Description

NSN: 6695-00-591-0964, Register Meter. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Requested delivery is 30 days after receipt of order (DARO). This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 84 each. Surge requirement applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is August 4, 2006.
