- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3ZT896166A101, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09 and Defense DCN 20060616. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6150. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3612. The North American Industry Classification System is 335311 and the associated business size standard is 750 employees. This request for quotation consists of the following: 3 each, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS). The ATS Shall be rated for operation at 480 Volts and 1600 Amperes, 4 Pole with Bypass capability.
