Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to negotiate a contract for the procurement of the following: BC849A6050-000 Sub Assy, FQTS NiMh Battery Pack 2 each BC849A6070-000 Complete RS232 Lead 4 each BC849A6620-000 Aircraft Bonding Lead 4 each BC849C6621-000 Aircraft 4 each BC849C6080 Fuse, Aircraft Switch, On-Off 50 each BC849C6081 Lens Switch, On-Off 10 each BC849C6082 Led 10 each BC849A6600-000 Accessory Kit 4 each BC849A6501-000 Kit, Display Inst. 4 each The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and consumable supplies to manufacture in its entirety. This requirement is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure from BCF Designs under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c ) (1), implemented by FAR 6.302-1 and under an approved Justification and Approval (J&A). BCF Designs is the only company with requisite knowledge and technical capability to manufacture the parts. Firms that recognize and produce the required item described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
