Description

In accordance with OMB Circular A-76, the United States Department of Labor (DOL), hereby publicly announces a Streamlined Competition for the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) of the Visual Information Services functional area, (a component of the Other Non-Manufacturing Operations Study mission area) for Audio/Visual Support. This competition will involve DOL Agency MSHA (8 FTE) in Beckley, WV. Approximately 8 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) positions are currently included in the scope of the competition. Occupations included in the study are Audio Visual Production Specialist, Visual Information Specialist, and Writer/Editor. This announcement is for a Streamlined Competition under OMB Circular A-76. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The Competitive Sourcing Official for this competition is: Mr. Patrick Pizzella; the Contracting Officer is: Mr. Robert Beaty (MSHA); the Agency Tender Official is Mr. Frank Schwamberger. This announcement is not a solicitation and proposals are not requested at this time.
