Description

The Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence, CCE on behalf of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G8, PAE expects to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for contractor support during the programming, and budgeting phases of the Department of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), and Business Operation System (BOS), culminating in the annual submission of the President budget. Inherent in this responsibility is the oversight of all Information Technologies (IT) and the requirements for developing, administering, maintaining, and enhancing automated data and information systems that ensure efficient business operating processes. The solicitation will be available on or about 17 Jul 2006. The competition for this effort w ill be full and open. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611; size standard is $6.5M. The expected period of performance will be for a base of 12 months with four (4) one-year options.
