Description

Custodial services for the EROS Data Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Gross area of building 301,148 sq. ft. The Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation No. 06CRSS0021 will be electronically available on or about August 1, 2006 with written responses due within 30 days of the issue date. Interested parties may access a copy or download the document by going to http://ideassec.nbc.gov. Telephone request for a hard copy of the solicitation will not be accepted. Interested parties must be registered in CCR (Central Contractor Registration) http://www.ccr.gov to be considered for a contract award. The government anticipates awarding a one year basic contract with four twelve month option years. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Note 1 and Note 26 apply.
