- Notice of intent to issue a contract to ATE Engineering of Saint Augustine, FL to provide maintenance of Analogic PT-900+ Power4 Supply Automatic Test Equipment Systems. The manufacturer of these systems has been closed for approximately 10 years and ATE Engineering has developed a proprietary maintenance support for the equipment. The proposed contract will have a performance period from date of award through 01/14/2007; include all parts, components, boards, labor, and travel; and require on-site service at MCLC, Albany, GA within 48 hours. Equipment to be maintained consists of 5 each Series 3004 Slave Units, 3 each Series 3001 Master Units, 6 each Model 2101A 8 Channel DC Loads, and 1 each Model 2101A 8 Channel DC load. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS Code applicable to this effort is 811219 and the small business size standard is $6.5 mil. The applicable FSC code is J066. The United States Marine Corps utilizes WAWF-RA as its ONLY authorized method to electronically process vendor requests for payment. You MUST utilize this system, which will provide you with immediate status of your invoice and subsequent payment. If your business is not currently registered to use WAWF-RA, please visit the WAWF-RA website at https://wawf.eb.mil. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All potential offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Register (CCR) to be eligible for award. Information on CCR registration may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the internet at www.ccr.gov. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All capability proposals received within 5 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation document exists. If no responses which meet the Government?s requirements are received within 5 calendar days after publication of this synopsis, a contract will be placed without further notice.
