Description

HQ United States European Command (HQ USEUCOM), Planning & Operations Center (EPOC) is a unified combatant command whose mission is to maintain ready forces to conduct the full spectrum of military operations unilaterally or in concert with the coali tion partners; to enhance transatlantic security through support to NATO and Partnership for Peace (PfP); to promote regional stability; and advance U.S. interests in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. EPOC Joint Training, Readiness, & Exercise Division ( JTRED) uses theater architectures to organize and conduct training, exercises, and operations. EPOC-JTRED has a requirement to acquire joint training and exercise program services via a non-personal service contract for a period of one year commencing on or about 15 September 2006 through 14 September 2007. The proposed contract is a cost type incorporating firm-fixed price and cost-reimburseable line items.
