- Rental of processing rigs for providing approximately 6,500,000 gallons of pure and deoxygenated water, including regenerations for the period of one (1) year. The solicitation will be solicited on an unrestricted basis (NAICS code 561990 applies with a size standard of $5.0 Million) and will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract and, will be negotiated in accordance with the procedures set forth in FAR 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Products. Delivery shall be FOB: Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Closing date to be established when the solicitation is issued.
