- General Information Document Type: BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT (BAA) Classification Code: A -- Research & Development Description AJ61 - Broad Area Announcement for an advanced Lightweight Tactical All Terrain Vehicle (LTATV). Vendors are advised there is no specified format for submission of White Papers; Contractor format is acceptable. Reference White Paper requirement (2) is changed from: (2) Proposed development approach to meet the SOF requirements. To: (2) Proposed development approach to include description of Offeror?s capabilities and resources to successfully complete this RDT&E LTATV effort. Paragraph 4 is changed from: Anticipated contributions to USSOCOM programs. To: Anticipated capability as it compares to proposed LTATV performance objectives identified in Special Notice published in FBO announcement dated March 10, 2006. White papers shall be received by COB 10 July 2006 and should be sent either via email to Allison Hutchens at hutchea@socom.mil or on CD ROM to USSOCOM/SOAL-KB (Hutchens), 7701 Tampa Point Blvd, MacDill AFB, FL 33621-5323.
