- This acquisition is for the following item: NSN: 5841-01-360-1338LG, P/N: 100-601260-001, Noun: Ground Speed Drift Angle Indicator, applicable to the MC-130E Combat Talon Aircraft. FUNC: Computes and displays aircraft groundspeed and drift angle as output by a doppler velocity sensor for pilot use. The basic quantity is 3 each with two Out Year options of 1-2 respectively. No technical data is available for manufacturing. Destination: Robins AFB GA 31098. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. See WEB page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ . Justification: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
