Description: Provide Cardiopulmonary Bypass Packs on an on demand, as needed basis, for the VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417, in accordance with the Specifications of Request for Proposal RFP 618-231-06. NON-STERILE EVALUATION SAMPLES -- Evaluation samples are REQUIRED and must be received prior to the offer due date and time. STERILE SAMPLES MAY BE REQUIRED FOR CLINICAL EVALUATIONS ? If required, written notice will be mailed. NIACS 339113 applies. Solicitation documents available on or about July 5, 2006 with offers due August 7, 2006 at 4:30 p.m. CT.
