Description

Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and on-site supervision, to provide window cleaning services and installation of bird deterrent system in accordance with Contract Statement of Work. Window cleaning services and installation of bird deterrent system stipulated by this contract are required at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System facilities located at 1000 Locust Street, Reno, NV. The Solicitation number VA-261-06-RQ-0044 will be issued on or about July 7, 2006 as a request for quote (RFQ). THE SOLICITATION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561720. The size standard for this NAICS code is $15 million. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
