- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for a Spectrum Analytzer as listed below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, As supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is FA2823-06-P-3090. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334515 with a size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement consists of the following items: CLIN 0001 (Quantity 4): ANALYZER, SPECTRUM, 9KHZ TO 40GHZ, INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: RUGGED FACTORY-FITTED CASE, P/N FSP-B1, OCXO OVEN CONTROLLER CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR, P/N FSP-B4, EXTERNAL GENERATOR CONTROL, P/N FSP-B10, EXTENDED ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIFICATION, P/N FSP-B20, N-FEMALE TEST PORT ADAPTER, P/N 1021.0512.00, K-FEMALE TEST PORT ADAPTER, P/N 1021.0535.00, FRONT COVER, POWER CABLE, OPERATION MANUAL, SERVICE MANUAL). P/N FSP-38. CLIN 0002 (Quantity 2): GENERATOR, TRACKING, 9 KHz TO 3.6 GHz FOR FSP-38 SPECTRUM ANALYZER. INCLUDES ONE YEAR WARRANTY. P/N: FSP-B9. CLIN 0003 (Quantity 4): LAN INTERFACE TO 100 BaseT FOR FSP-38 SPECTRUM ANALYZER. INCLUDES ONE YEAR WARRANTY. P/N: FSP-B16. Offerors shall provide a brand name or equal. FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. Offerors providing an or-equal product shall provide specification sheets or product literature for evaluation by the requesting activity with their proposal submission. Delivery of these items is required F.O.B., Eglin AFB. Final inspection will be at Eglin AFB, FL.
