Description
This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items/service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3Z1896156A100, is issued as a request for quotation This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-10 and Defense DCN 20060616. The solicitation listed here is unrestricted. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) 7125. The associated Standard Classification (SIC) is 3499. The North American Industry Classification System is 337215 and the number of employees is 500. The government intends to solicit and award this purchase order for the following service: For Dismantling and Removal of a fully functional, well maintained Stanley Power Drawer II (Singular) Vertical Lift Module, Automated Storage and Retrieval System. Dimensions are roughly 6?W x 8?D x 30?H. Once the storage system is removed from the Hangar, it is yours to do with however you choose. A set date has not been determined for the removal of this system. A timeframe of 17 JULY- 17 AUGUST is a general window for a possible removal date. The awarded company will receive a 2 week window for the removal of the system once a date has been established. The following provisions or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instruction contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers-Commercial. FAR 52.212-2-Evaluation-Items paragraph (a) to this provision is completed as follows-Evaluation Factors: Lowest Price. Award will be based on aggregate. FAR 52.212-3-Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. FAR 52.212-4-Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items will be incorporated into any resultant Purchase Order by reference. FAR 52.212-5-Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Item include clauses (a) (1), (2), (b) (14), (15), (16), (17), (19), (31). FAR 52.204-7, 52.232-33, 25.247-34, 52.253-1, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, DFARS 252.204-7004 ALT A, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001, 252.232-7003,. 252.247-7023 Alt III, 252.225-7001, 252.225-7002. In addition to the above clauses, FAR subpart 37.3 should be incorporated, specifically 37.304(a), Government shall make payment to the contractor in addition to any title to property that the contractor may receive under the contract: Payment by Government to Contractor (APR 1984) ?In partial consideration of the performance of the work called for in the schedule, the Government will pay to the Contractor __________ amount?. Also FAR 52.222-41 Service Contract Act will be incorporated. Clauses may be accessed electronically in full text through http://www.farsite.hill.af.mil. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors are asked to submit their TAX ID number with their proposal.
