Description

Project No. ZNRE 05-1095, Renovate Yujo Community Center, B327, Yokota AB, Tokyo, Japan The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to complete Project ZNRE 05-1095, Renovate Yujo Community Center, B327, Yokota AB, Tokyo, Japan. Work on this project includes, but not limited to: Large scale of asbestos abatement at entire floor and partial ceiling, Architectural sense for construction of Sports Bar and Dance Floor, (including reinforcement within an existing facility). Installation of fire sprinkler system. Large scale of installation of carpet, including repair existing floor. The performance period for this project is 285 calendar days. Site Orientation is scheduled for 13 Jul 06 at 1000 hours. All participants will meet at the entrance Bldg 620, Contracting Squadron. Contact the POC with number of participants attending the site orientation by 11 Jul 06. On 13 Jul 06, all contractors who require escorts meet at Supply Gate (Gate #5) at 0940 hrs to receive passes. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.Prospective offerors who have not previously completed vendor registration are requested to contact Mr Matsumoto at 042-553-8549 for further instructions.
