Description

FedBizOpps FAC 2005-9 The General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service intends to award a delivery order against GSA Schedule Contract No. GS-35F-0475L to CliniComp International Inc. on a sole source basis for the purchase of software and hardware support. under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirement will also consist of project management and integration services that will be open market items. This Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation 7TF-06-15 as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and FAR Subpart 13.5. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-9. Only one responsible source and no other source will satisfy the agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This requirement by the Womack Army Medical Center has invested in an Inpatient Electronic Patient Record System. The software must integrate with the Department of Defense (DOD) Tri-Service Medical System, AHLTA. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
