Description
The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 4,857 rentable sq. ft within the Central Business District (CBD) of Burlington, Vermont, bounded as follows: North - Pearl Street; South - Main Street; West - Battery Street; East- S. Winooski Street. The space should yield between 4,224 to 4,435 ANSI/ BOMA usable sq. ft. The space must be contiguous and not separated by public corridors. On-site reserved parking is required for one (1) vehicle. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 13, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not occupy property located in a Flood Plain. Please submit proof/certification that property is not located in a Flood Plain. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1. Building name and address., 2. Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot, 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, 4. Common Area Factor (s) for available space by floor if applicable.
