Acquisition and Procurement Office, Washington Headquarters Service, 400 Army Navy Dr, Suite 100A, Arlington VA 22310 intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition for the troubleshooting/ document cause of failure, and repair of a fan motor used on the incinerator at The Pentagon. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 423610. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001, Troubleshoot the cause for the existing 150-hp motor failure. Repair and replace all electrical equipment that was found to be associated with the motor failure. CLIN 0002, Furnish and install one new 150HP 3 Phase, 460 Volt, 170 Amp, 1780 RPM, frame 44st motor on the ID Fan. This work is to be performed on the second floor level of the graded floor. Contractors shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision to perform the above work. Contractor shall be responsible for all field measurements and shall provide a work schedule. All work shall be performed in a professional manner applicable to the trade and shall meet all local and national codes, and Pentagon renovation specifications. Contractor shall provide all miscellaneous items, appurtenances and devices incidental to or necessary for secure and complete installation. Contact Rodger. Contractors interested in supporting this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement.
