- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide preventive maintenance, support services, inspection, repairs, alterations, calibration and administration on Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC) Campus Facility Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and associated controls in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 30 May 2006. The contractor shall perform periodic maintenance on the HVAC systems and associated controls for the AFRC Campus Facilities 210, 211, 220, 221, 222 and provide on-call non-recurring maintenance, repair and system balancing service for facilities 210, 211, 220, 221, 222. Work shall include: (1) periodic maintenance on the HVAC systems in facilities 210, 211, 220, 221, 222, (2) on-call non-recurring maintenance, repair and system balancing service for facilities 210, 211, 220, 221, 222 at Robins AFB, GA. All other work is specifically referenced in the 30 May 2006 SOW to be provided after a brief waiting period. This acquisition is unrestricted and the NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $13.0 M. The magnitude of this project is between $100K and $500K.
