Description: The Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, CA, proposes to procure services for the collection, hauling, and disposal of refuse and recyclables for the areas at El Segundo and San Pedro beginning 01 Oct 06 through 30 Sep 07, with four (4) 1-year options concluding not later than 30 Sep 2011.
