Once there, click on Services , then on the right side under Services for Business Partners, click on RFP's which will take you to the page where your company must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database to receive contracts from the Department of Defense. The closing date for all proposals is 27 July 2006, by 4:00 PM.EST, and all proposals are to be emailed to: Linda.Jackson@hqda.army.mil.
