- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. High-speed protable communications single case system consists of: TCD-M4ST inmarsat terminal (56/64 KBPS HSD, STU-III interface @ 9.6 KBPS); VOIP router, ISDN terminal adapter with cables and splitter, AC power supply: KIV7HS slot with cables, in a ruggedized case with intergral handle and wheels carry-on size, P/N TCD-PCS-STRIPE, (2ea), External DC/AC power pack single case system, system accepts 11-30 VDC input and incorporates a pure si ne wave inverter to provide 110-120 VAC, 60HZ, 300 Watt output, includes battery clamp and cigarette lighter input cables, P/N SNC-DCPACK-300, (2ea), ISDN VOIP Home base station, supports 2 simultaneous remote terminal stations, includes VOIP router with 4 -port eternet switch, 2 eared and black cables and system interconnect cables, provided in a ruggedized case with intergral handle and wheels, P/N SNC-ISDN-BASE-2, (1ea) or equal all products. Firms that believe they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Office that they meet all specifications and can furnish these items. Reference Solicitation # W91ZRU-06-K-0001, when submitting a written inquirey on this requirement. NOTES: This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/request for the following provisions by reference, FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror-Commercial Items: FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certificates-Commercial Items; 52.214-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Ite ms; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. This contract will be issued under NAICS 314999 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Required delivery is to the A laska Air National Guard, Anchorage, AK 99502. Price for freight should be submitted as FOB Destination or FOB Origin, as a separate line item. Quotes are due by 20 July 2006 at 3:00PM Alaska Standard Time. Quotes must be email to amanda.coats@akanch.an g.af.mil or by fax (907) 249-1614 along with completed representations and certifications, providing business size, email address, Duns #, Cage code, and Federal Tax ID.
