Description

MK4-3 Cartridge Signal, NSN: 1325-01-323-9921 w/metal pallet; P/N: 923AS307-1 and 1325-01-323-9922 w/wood pallet; P/N: 923AS307-2. This solicitation is anticipated to result in an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for a three year ti me frame. Note 8 applies. RFP will be issued on or about 17 July 2006. NOTICE: This acquisiton is BEST VALUE PROCEDURES, FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, First Article will be required. TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE IS CLASSIFIED AS DISTRIBUTION D LIMITED DISTRIBUTION. Distribution statement D means that the TDP cannot be distributed v ia the internet. This TDP contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act, (Title 22, U.S.C., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration act of 1979, as amended titled 50 U.S.C., APP 2240 Et SEQ. Violations of these e xport laws are subject to severe criminal penalties. Disseminate IAW provisions of DOD Directive 5230.25. Offerors must be registered with the US/Canada Joint Certification Office to obtain a copy of the TDP (see www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ for instructions an d information). After receipt of required certification request copy of CD-ROM via email to gail.thompson2@us.army.mil, request MUST include Cage Code, Company Name, Address, Phone and Point of Contact.
