- The United States Army Communications-Electronic Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to award a contract on a non-competitive basis for ninety (90) Headset, Microphones, Part Number SM-D-813544, NSN: 5965-01-141-3938 with an Option for u p to 45 additional Headset, Microphones. The anticipated award will be made under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Urgency- Only known source to Sonetroncs Inc., West Belmar, NJ. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 12.603 and FAR 5.207 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes as a solicitation; proposa ls are being requested and a separate written solicitation can be found on the IBOP, W15P7T-06-R-J416. The proposed acquisition is to be a Firm Fixed Price, Contract. The opening proposal date for this solicitation is to be determined. We will give al l interested parties in this solicitation five (5) days prior notice to the opening date to submit their proposals. The shipments are to be FOB Destination. The items will be shipped to the New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA. The delivery schedule shall be 60 days after contract award. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with standard commercial pack aging. BASIS FOR AWARD: The Offerors must submit bids on the full quantity identified. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to make no award under this procedure. A written solicitation can be viewed on the Interactive Business Opportunity Page (IBOP). The US Army C-E LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitation for Request for Prop osals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from C-E LCMC to industry. All parties interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmo uth.army.mil.
